Fact 3 : Boost your energy

Hey ! harini syafiq nak kongsi fakta ngan semua pasal camne nak "boost up your energy" ..

Kuantiti makanan yang diambil oleh seseorang itu merujuk kepada kandungan TENAGA yang ada untuk seseorg itu melakukan aktiviti harian.

Nowadays, full of people that seem to go from one day to another permanently exhausted and without energy. Kebanyakannya kita akan dengar "saya xcukup tidur" ... huhu yups memang betul.. sleep deprivation is a common cause for the permanent fatigue and also for a constant nervous disposition . Bukan itu aje.. fatigue ni kita leh jugak dpt from excessive vomiting or diarrhea , it is because of excessive lost of water in your body.

So , ape yg boleh di makan utk mengembalikan tenaga itu ???

1. Pay attention to carbohydrates

If terlalu sikit or xcukup carbohydrates can cause fatigue. So , to avoid , kita boleh makan cereals, pasta or whole grain bread.

2. Pumping iron

Physical and mental fatigue can be caused by lack of iron . So , kita boleh bahagikan iron kepada dua..

  • Non- heminic iron (5% absorption)
- from plants ( grains, fruits, vegetable)
- eggs
  • Heminic iron (25% absorption-essential!!)
- meats
- poultry
- organ meats
- blood sausage

3. Don't forget Vitamin C

Untuk promote iron, kita kene amik vitamin C jugak. So antara sources yg kita leh amik ialah citruit fruits, kiwis, broccoli, peppers.

4. Feel the power of magnesium .

Magnesium anti fatigue champion tau !!! Jadi.. sila2 lah makan antaranya bananas , tofu, sunflower , sesame seeds, or legumes .


Apart from that , syfq nak kongsi jugak pasal chocolate .. harusla ramai yang minat ngan chocolate kan !!

Untuk pengetahuan semua.. di dalam chocolate mempunyai phytochemicals called flavonoids. Flavonoids ni linked to improved circulatory system and can also help remove radicals from our bodies because they are antioxidants.

Selain itu , ramai yang tau makan chocolate ni kadang2 membahayakan kesihatan kan... sebb kandungan gula dan fat die .. hurmm tp jangan tak tau pulak .. the added fat dalam chocolate tu can also regulate some hormones in the brain (serotonin) and give us boot of energy.

Walaupun chocolate ade fat , NOT ALL FAT IS CREATED EQUALLY. Dalam chocolate , jenis fat itu adalah "saturated fat" called stearic acid. Usually it's best to avoid saturated fat, but in this case, stearic acid can actually help lower "bad cholestrol".

Hurmm part ni paling best... sape yg kadang2 "xde mood" , chocolate la paling bagus nak bg kita tersenyum balik.. ngeeee :)

Ini disebabkan, dlm chocolate tu ade fair amount of press about serotonin so you probably know that it can help elevate your mood. Precursor utk hormone serotonin tu dinamakan tryptophan . Tryptophan ni actually essential amino acid and it cannot be synthesized by organism, but from your diet.

Antara makanan yg kita boleh jumpe tryptophan ni adalah cheese, chicken, eggs, milk, nuts, peanuts butter , peanuts , soy, tofu and turkey.
